Beautiful, Heavy Duty, Great for Sourdough!

This is a beautiful dutch oven. I choose the red color. Heavy duty and comes with a trivet and pot holder. I love my old dutch one but it has seen better days. :). This will replace it. The great thing about this is it can go from the stovetop to oven. I used to make my soups, stews and pot roast in my dutch oven but lately I mostly use it for baking my sour dough bread boules. Heat the oven with the pot and inside. When the dough is ready for baking put it on a piece of parchment paper, open the lid, pop in the dough (on the paper) and close the lid. The heat created inside the dutch oven and lid gives a gorgeous crust and creates the perfect amount of steam for a nice "rise". When nearly done you can remove the lid and continue browning as desired.
