C3 Corvette Fitting
Before installing it, I bought an upgraded wiring harness from a Corvette supplier. I read somewhere that the C3 Corvette's factory headlight harness was burned. I bought Hella with H1 high beam. The headlight bracket housings must be opened to accommodate the new larger lamp housing. This involves significant grinding or cutting to get the correct hole size. If you're a purist, you won't want to do this. My car is an '81 Restomod, so I didn't worry about installing it. The headlights have greatly improved. Just make sure you set them up correctly to get the most out of them. craig
