Again it's not 3000 lumens. It would be crazy to think that this would be available for less than $25. But this is a good underwater flashlight that outperforms any other flashlight in this price range. It can't be scaled, it's not real Cree and it's not real Cree T6. I can not say exactly who actually makes LED lamps. But then again, my rating is based solely on the flashlight's performance versus the cost of the flashlight, and this is where it excels. The magnetic rotary switch moves smoothly like most and there are no complaints. However, I encourage you to check out the tip below. Mine arrived fine but the friend who bought it after me didn't notice the o-ring which would eliminate the waterproofing.
