Review on FunniPets Training Waterproof Electronic Vibration Dogs by Souly Buddy

Good electronics but BAD collar!

I read many reviews before I buy. We are a very loving family but our almost one year old puppy just won't listen when we need him most. So we bought this product for its sound and vibration (not percussion) capabilities. The sound isn't really a factor as you can't adjust it, but it is used as an alert. However, the vibration was very effective in keeping our dog's negative behavior at bay. We match the strength to his reaction and it works well. Overall, the electronics and ease of use make this part of the product very worthwhile (we bought the $20 version). However, the COLLAR has a POOR QUALITY PLASTIC BUCKLE that comes loose with moderate pressure. Fortunately, we learned of this serious deficiency in our home and in our fenced yard. If we had found out on the street, our dog would have been badly injured. Both the yellow and black collars have faulty buckles. If you have one, try unbuckling the straps on the buckle and see how easy it is. For a medium-sized dog, it is very easy to untie the collar. I was very disappointed with this when I wrote to the company hoping they would send me a new or different set of collars. Instead they sent me to Revain to purchase a belt collar (their brand) as an additional purchase. This kind of reaction deprives me as a customer that I will not buy their products again. We now have 2 collars on our pup during training: the well tailored one which we can trust to have his leash attached and the one supplied with this purchase which only has the electronic part attached. I hope this helps you all. My dog is about 30 pounds and I purchased this product in November 2020.
