Review on Powerful Acer AN5155470KK NITRO 5 Gaming Laptop - Intel i7, NVIDIA RTX, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10 by Chris Tisdale

I am so disappointed in this computer. It lags and performs worse than my Chromebook. I bought it to play MTGO and LOL. I'm constantly sharing screenshots and playing MTGO with my brother, even on my small Chrome laptop with no problems. I figured a gaming laptop would be a good choice because I needed something reliable between work, school, and games. My brother is great with computers and he said he had great specs. When I received it there was a problem. I've tried switching all settings to high performance, keeping it online all the time, and doing everything else I could google to try and get it working as it should, but the lag is unrelenting. I used to have an Acer and liked it. I can't believe this experience was so unfortunate. If you google this brand and latency issues, many things will come up! I've tried all the suggested fixes and nothing seems to work. After the last time I thought I'd fixed the lag, I finally decided it wasn't acceptable to pay over $1,000 for a laptop that was this cumbersome just to have it look like a $150 Chromebook is working. Please save yourself the hassle and frustration. and get something else.
