I bought this product in June and after a month and a few weeks the battery stopped working. Every time I unplug my charger I get a low battery message. This product appears to be defective.

I wanted a cheap gaming laptop with an NVIDIA RTX 2060 trying to get the best bang for my buck. Willing to sacrifice the overall design and materials, and that's what this laptop is all about. more than able to handle demanding PC games and even Oculus Link VR games. highly recommended. lighter and thinner than I expected which is good. Temperatures, battery life, and fan noise are as expected from a gaming laptop.

I am so disappointed in this computer. It lags and performs worse than my Chromebook. I bought it to play MTGO and LOL. I'm constantly sharing screenshots and playing MTGO with my brother, even on my small Chrome laptop with no problems. Mixed package on this one but I have no regrets. Pros: The computer hasn't changed, so your warranty starts when you download it. Works as it should and is a pretty good deal for the hardware you get. It doesn't seem to get very hot, although the longest gaming session I've had was around 4 hours. So overall this computer is great for what I wanted. However, when the computer gets a little warm, the keyboard gets so hot that my fingers hurt. The rest works great. I can play Sims 4 in high quality, Sea of Thieves and many other games in high quality. It's running smoothly. I sincerely believe it was worth the money.

The short answer is YES. Yes, almost everything runs on high settings. Long answer: You need to make some minor updates to this computer to make it work optimally. The included NVMe SSD is quite small (500 GB) and not very fast for an M.2 SSD. Also the amount of RAM is just terrible. I added a 1TB NVMe SSD which is about twice as fast as the one in the box and I removed the RAM and put in 2 sticks of 16GB each for a total of 32GB RAM. This laptop could have everything you want in a gaming laptop. But if you have vision problems, using the keyboard can be a problem. I am mildly color blind (mildly color blind) which makes it very difficult for me to see the buttons. So this laptop is not for me.
