missing the best in ceiling fans and accessories
We ended up keeping the fan but we had to work on the noise and only turn it on with the remote and don't have a handy light switch. He was already at the ceiling and too much trouble to get down. I called to see if I could get a replacement part which was the only thing I needed and was willing to fix it myself but it was out of stock and the small part couldn't be shipped. Not happy with that! Would like a return.
