Review on Think Bigfish by Leonardo Sandoval

I liked their customer service very much, they did everything i needed them too help me with! They are always so helpful whenever you need more information about anything related to your account or website etc., which is great because sometimes it's hard finding someone who has enough experience as well but not many people can handle all facets of running an e-commerce business like we do, so having that knowledge base there was really cool. Everything seemed okay until my credit card had been cancelled due to fraud at another point from 2 years ago when doing some webhosting in India. This meant no access via paypal payments anymore nor amazon cards (the latter still works though) and now neither does visa/mastercard since both have blocked us completely without giving any reason why other than 'fraud'. I contacted support, they said "it could be". The best thing is that they are open to any suggestions from customer regarding their services. They provide great support service even after payment of the project by the customer. Sometimes takes time to understand your requirements but once they do they deliver well. I think this is one of the best companies which helps us with its expertise in web designing and development. I have no complaints about them. I highly recommend their services.
