Needle-tipped pliers. So disappointed.

I'm just starting to use this item. I used them in a project and now they are useless. The metal strip isn't there so they don't close properly. I want a replacement. If I haven't provided any updates, I would advise you to invest in a product that has a manufacturer behind it.

I ended up returning. Handle was of a hard and uncomfortable cheap material.
