What a difference on a cold morning! Before installing this, I could easily fog my shield with a single breath. That meant I rode with the guard open, but even then I struggled. After installing the Pinlock shield I had absolutely no tarnish in my line of sight (quite a lot of tarnish around the Pinlock shield but not on it). The only downside I have is that the pinlock screen can show light (not completely invisible) in direct sunlight, but that's negligible and worth the trade-off.
