This pen box arrived smashed and twisted so that it could not be opened. Also, the latch was completely broken. Revain just threw it in a box with no padding or protection, as unfortunately they often do. However, since the shipping box itself is undamaged, I assume the item was already damaged before it was packed. I've had this experience with Revain several times and it's very frustrating. They will not send you a replacement or refund unless you package and return the damaged item. In this case, don't worry. The color is also far away. In the photo it looks like a cheerful, slightly shiny yellow-orange. It's actually a dull, matte mustard color. Do you think the customer won't notice or won't mind? Despite the colour, it's still a pretty box and I've been looking forward to using it with my art supplies. But that won't happen. Very disappointing. Revain Prime seems like a good deal. But not if the product is useless junk. Time to shop elsewhere.
