Complex project. The direction and assembly went well with three problems.1. The connection of the hand to the device is very unstable. The piece of wood inserted into the ball bearing does not sit "right" so that the needle/needle is not always horizontal on the game board. I've tried several ways to fix this without much success.2. music plays badly. The initial note "scratches" and when the volume is turned up, the recording is almost inaudible, if at all. I have rechecked all cables/connectors and the problem persists.3. Rokr includes a "Support" page that says if there are any questions, "we're always here for your help." I emailed them on Wednesday February 10th with what I've described here . Backlog, we need some time to review the reports. Excuse the circumstances. But we will try our best to help you solve the problem asap. Thank you for your understanding!" Bottom line, the project is fun and challenging, but customer service is sorely lacking. Hence the 3-star rating.
