No instructions for my opinion

I like the product for its brightness and colors. Two problems with it - the tube is very stiff and not flexible. It was wrapped so tightly in a small diameter coil that it was difficult to unwrap and place. One problem is the range of the remote - about 6 feet through our glass window and its inconsistent and frequently has to have the button pushed multiple times before it kicks on or off.Perhaps the worst part is there are no instructions describing the buttons and their functions.
