I appreciate how easy it was to set up and make changes. As well as being able to do real time updates with my team when something new comes in. Nothing at this point. Just make sure you know what you're getting into and have a good support structure and network ready for the load. This is great for any size business regardless of budget. It's very flexible and scalable. We are solving our issue of not knowing whats happening in our network as fast as we need to be informed. It's easy to set up and configure, and it provides a lot of useful information about the infrastructure. The UI is a little hard to use for non-technical users. The level of detail is just right, but I wish I could get more information than just "this is what is happening". It is a great way to keep an eye on things, and it is easy to use. I've been able to monitor and alert on a lot of things that I didn't know were happening.
