The case looked good and the idea (handle and angle) seemed good. Then after a few days of ownership (and I take care of my computer - that's why I have a suitcase) it broke on the top corner. I wrote to the seller, got no reply. Anything can happen, I understand that. But bad customer service and a product that wasn't reliable isn't ok. This is especially true if the item costs more than its counterparts.
