Review on 🔌 Dorman 740-453 Rear Right Power Window Regulator for Mercedes-Benz Models – Black by Troy Larson

I found a great video of installing the regulator on YouTube and worked up the courage to replace the part myself. The hardest part was the time it took to drill out the rivets on the old regulator. With my previous controller (unknown brand, probably original) the plastic roller broke into pieces. This regulator fits my MB E320 '99 van perfectly. UPDATE: This controller still works great a year and a half later, but this time I broke the back of the driver. The cable slipped out of the broken plastic clip. Dorman back to the rescue! As a reminder, they do not come with hardware and the Dorman separate hardware kit will NOT fit my 1999 E320 wagon without modification (rivets too big). I used some simple ones that fit the hole and all was good.
