I purchased this product back in August. The only reason I gave it three stars for installation was just because I'm not very technologically savvy, and I was hoping it would be a little bit easier to install for someone like me. overall this is an amazing product for the price. The picture quality is awesome, and the customer service gentlemen, his name is Will, has just been on point. Sometimes it takes him a little bit of time to get back to me but I'm sure there's a significant time zone difference and he's a busy man! I was having trouble with one of my cameras to find out that the power supply was defective. I text him about the need for a new one and he had one in the mail within 2 hours of my conversation. He kept his word and sent me the videos on how to reset my password within a matter of an hour to an hour and a half. sometimes it does take them a little bit to answer the phone but I believe he's a family man! the four star rating that I gave on the picture quality it is only because there have been times where it's been a little bit blurry but I don't know if that's because of my internet provider? But overall the picture is exceptionally clear. Overall I would give this product of four and a half star rating, again only because it was a little bit hard for me to understand installation butt I guess that's part of the package! This is an excellent product for the price so if you're really looking for a great security system this is the one! I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for one.
