Unusable after 7 1/2 hours of driving. See photo.

I bought this to help my son get home from college. It was easy to use but the zipper on one side broke completely during the 7.5 hour drive home. I only had one large suitcase in the trunk so wasn't overloaded at all. I was going to use it for a return trip in August and for a family vacation, but it's unusable at the moment. I submitted a contact form through Revain regarding a replacement but never received a response.
