This jackhammer is worth its price. If used correctly, you will definitely get your money's worth. I've used it twice and compared to a rental if it breaks today I've already exceeded the value of this jackhammer. In the review that explained the body fell apart, I assume the person got stuck in the racquet and started banging the hammer from side to side. Just force it straight up. No side by side. It does seem that it can get a little warm with prolonged use so allow it to cool down from time to time as this is definitely not for a construction company or a demolition company. But for home use it's great.
