OMG! I highly recommend this product for several reasons. First, these mugs are durable and can be cleaned at home for reuse. Other reasons: Ever since I saw a movie camera with Jennifer Lopez, where the most bizarre villain was floating through big gaping holes in his back with chains attached, straining his muscles. I've always tried to find someone who will not just pump my muscles, but pull them. I learned by spending thousands of dollars on massage, deep tissue, massage therapy and ashiatsu massage. That I don't need a muscle massage. I had to free my front panel. And oh my god it releases it. I've used the smaller suction cup up on my shoulder for maybe 3 minutes and I can feel it clearing my sinuses. Of course, I exceed the recommended period of use. But if I wanted to take them off, they could be quickly removed by simply pressing the black button on the top left or right. The extended hose allows me to place them on my back without assistance. This product is worth the money and it will save me a lot of money.
