I bought it because I want full bandwidth Virtual Reality with a 1.4 display Port wanted to experience what only my computer offers through the Thunderbolt/usb4 port. Unfortunately, every time I plug it in, the system comes back with a 1-4 error saying it can't see or read my device. Try it on a friend's computer, same thing. I'm assuming it can't support anything other than a display that isn't mentioned in the item descriptions. Tried connecting an 8k TV today and that didn't work either, controlled lighting doesn't allow a billboard (whatever that is). have) go through the video. I didn't want to leave a bad review but it really doesn't work and there is no mention that it can only work under certain circumstances that I have yet to find. I'm trying to imagine how I can only use it and I can't!
