A standard Ruckus requires most of the plastic to be removed or repositioned to access the spool and existing wiring harness and properly route the new wiring harness. No problem if you have already worked with motorcycles/scooters. The new wiring is pretty simple. As others have said, the switch no longer kills the motor. In terms of performance, this CAN SOMETHING increase acceleration from a standstill. This will remove the rev limiter. Before installing, I accelerated to 40 mph (no wind, on a flat surface).
