I've been looking for a table clock with English (instead of Roman) numerals for a long time, so that my children can also read the time easily. I also needed the right height to fit on the shelf we have while being tall enough to be seen from the couch. When I finally found this, I was excited to order it - especially as I was expecting more from Ray Dunn. . When it came I put in a new battery and set the time. Over the next few days I noticed the clock slowing down by up to five minutes and then speeding up by up to 3 minutes at odd times. Changed battery and brand - the same. About a week later I ordered a replacement. The replacement came, I put in another new battery (not the same as before) and it does exactly the same thing, exactly! So my conclusion is; As adorable as these little clocks are, they're useless if they can't do what they're supposed to do - tell the time. I am now returning both watches after my many years of experience and will no longer buy Rae Dunn "Electronics". again.
