Review on Simple Salon by Tony Reid

Simple Salon is great! Customer service has been great, they are always willing to go above and beyond to assist the user. I have been a user since version 1.0. I have never had any problems using the software, and I do not foresee those problems ever happening. My experience has been great. There is nothing I dislike about this software, and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about this software. The ability for the user to be able to add pictures right off the front page has been very helpful. Being able to store the photos right next to the appointment has led to me being able to see the progress of my appointments. Also, the customer service has been very good! I love that this software is very simple to use, it also has many features which makes keeping up with everything easy! I have not dislike anything about them as of yet but there are some things I would like to see improved in future updates. However I can't think of any specific problems at this point however if needed they will be addressed immediately once found. We were able to streamline our bookkeeping process by using their software.
