The ease of use is great! It’s not very complicated to set up or start using, which I appreciate because it was easy for my staff to learn how to operate our software as well! We have been able to automate many tasks that used to take us hours in order to save more time so we can spend less time doing other things. I love how easy it is to get your info pulled into this system, plus they have some awesome plug ins!! The admin page makes me feel like am trying out new stuff without having too much experience with that software! It's super cheap compared other salons which just isn't good for businesses of our size (we only employ 10 people). Simple Salon is great! Customer service has been great, they are always willing to go above and beyond to assist the user. I have been a user since version 1.0. I have never had any problems using the software, and I do not foresee those problems ever happening. My experience has been great.
