Wonderful Customer Service Plus Very User Friendly

I love how easy it is to get your info pulled into this system, plus they have some awesome plug ins!! The admin page makes me feel like am trying out new stuff without having too much experience with that software! It's super cheap compared other salons which just isn't good for businesses of our size (we only employ 10 people). So far we haven't had many issues but every issue resolved quickly so as long nothing major has happened then everything should be okay : ). My biggest wish would definitely being customer service pages within simple salon - sometimes when clients call or email its hard getting them in front off someone who can help answer their question/issue- if not answered right away please hold because i'm always quick enough answering emails myself once got my head around whats going etc :)! Just make sure everyone knows what products are available from manufacturers / suppliers before hand otherwise confusion could arise especially since there doesn;'t seem tbe an option yet about creating brands. There also seems little options outside using social media such Facebook ads? Althoughts advertising via FB will create leads I like that it is easy to use, the customer service is great. I dislike that there is no way to add a client to a day. It is a great product for the price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a salon software. We have had a few issues with the customer service, but they have been very helpful and quick to respond. I recommend this product for the price. The benefits are that you can see your schedule and your clients. It is very easy to use and the customer service is great.
