So far so great. Only took two day for all the packages to come. The couch was insanely easy to put together, my significant other did it in maybe 30 minutes. It's perfect for my small apartment. Cute color too, not too dark. It is also very comfortable so far. Very firm. Only complaint is not enough support on the back and the arm rests are pretty low. It's great for me because I'm really short but my significant other has a harder time with the armrests.**Those pieces that you might think means your couch is broken are not meant for the couch, they are just meant to keep the shape.**
