These gift bags came with what appeared to be pen lanyards so the pens could be threaded right through the holes. If you try to tie them yourself, they will be almost too short to hold the bags by the handles when there is something in them. Colors, sizes and durability were fine. I would not recommend them at all. Edit: I'm having trouble with the gift bag, apparently because I didn't realize you could bend the little black tip perpendicular to the handle and it would stay in place, so ignore my previous review
