Everything looked fine out of the box but I had the same problem as some others who have received this product: minimal fuss. I was no longer able to attach the boom mic to the headset, and even after 3D printing a new mic part, it turned out that the mic connectors weren't soldered properly and I couldn't transfer anything across them. I have contacted customer support regarding this issue and since this writing it has been 4 days with no response or confirmation that they have received my email. The headset's sound quality is still excellent, and it certainly fits well. Sounds good, but the microphone on the boom doesn't work and doesn't attach easily to the headset.
