It definitely helps my curls. It basically gives them structure and fixation. My first problem is that it smells, I don't like the smell but I put up with it because it works. I use a bottle about every six weeks. If you want to spray it like me choose an oil mist, they have a fine mist and are designed for thicker liquids.
