I don't like leaving negative reviews, I really don't. But here's the thing. If you install a valve connected to the main water supply, you must have confidence in it. The last thing you want is to go over the weekend and find that the valve has failed. In this case I was lucky because the valve leaked immediately. As other more knowledgeable people have pointed out, the inner workings of this device simply don't meet the required quality standards. It's a good concept and the style and ease of installation is great, but without a quality ceramic valve inside, execution is lacking.
