I like that this software is very easy to use for my customer service clients who are mostly millennials! This has been one of our top products in terms of ease-of-use since we first started using it with customers over 2 years ago now. We have had zero issues or complaints about its usability so far. There's nothing really negative here - just be prepared if you're used to other ticketing systems out there (such as Zendesk) where tickets go through multiple layers before being submitted by an agent. It can sometimes take longer than expected when going back & forth between different agents/departments within your organization. If you need something simple but effective that will help keep track of all incoming calls from potential leads / prospects then definitely consider looking into Instavisor.
