Review on Superior Pump 92551 Cast Pedestal by Ronnie Toups

I had a very old pedestal well that failed and this is my first experience with swamps and with a little panic I saw dollar signs circling in my head. After doing a little searching online, I decided to buy this one because of the cast iron base and other cast iron or stainless steel parts (who knew there were pumps under $100 made out of PLASTIC?! Phew!). My friend and I installed it in about an hour. I bought all kinds of PVC joins and corners so we didn't have to go back to the store, bought some great PVC glue and everything went smoothly. We love DIY projects but were afraid it might be out of our league, but it turned out surprisingly easy. I will update the review if anything goes wrong but it looks like it will last many years like the first one.
