Review on Handsfree Control: Dogtra ARC Slim Ergonomic 3/4-Mile Remote Dog Training E-Collar - Discreet & Precise by Janet Harris

This is my second Dogtra collar. The first lasted for almost four years with regular use (4-5 times a week). I had this collar for about 9 months and the collar stopped charging. I don't use this collar as often as the first one (the dog is already fully grown and well trained) so I use it 8-10 times a month. I've tried different outlets, left it sitting and switched outlets from one to another, but it broke. I used to praise Dogtra but after reading other reviews I'm not sure if the product deserves such praise. Also, I hate leaving bad reviews but there is nowhere to go for a replacement or seller advice so I considered it part of the overall rating.
