Review on IMPRINTNATION by Patrick Mccall

Considering how much I enjoy doing my shopping online, I couldn't wait to give IMPRINTNATION a try. Having said that, my time spent shopping in their online store left me feeling a mixture of frustration and dissatisfaction. To begin, I couldn't get around on their website very easily because it was so cumbersome. I had a hard time finding what I was searching for, and the search function on their website didn't appear to be functioning properly. Even when I did discover something that I was interested in purchasing, the process of checking out was unclear and took much longer than it should have. In addition to that, the website's merchandise selection left a lot to be desired. In spite of the fact that they had a respectable assortment of clothing, the same cannot be said for their shoes or jewelry. I had hoped to find more one-of-a-kind and on-trend pieces, but what I ended up finding was mainly standard things that I could get at any other store. I'm sorry to say that even the products I did end up buying had subpar quality, but that was the case with all of them. The garments were of poor quality; as soon as I took them out of their packaging, I observed defects such as frayed threads and other flaws. Worse still, the product descriptions on the website did not match the descriptions of some of the things I received, which was an extremely frustrating experience. Last but not least, I have to comment on their excellent support for customers. It took them several days to respond to me when I contacted them about my problems with the products after I had contacted them. The reaction that they gave when they did so was unhelpful and dismissive. My impression was that they were uninterested in my concerns and unwilling to collaborate with me to find solutions to the problems we were having. My experience purchasing at the IMPRINTNATION online store was, on the whole, less than satisfying. My feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction stem from the cumbersome website, the limited product assortment, the poor quality of the products, and the unhelpful customer service. I have decided not to do business with them in the foreseeable future.
