My daily sketchbook!
I like all of the Stillman and Birn albums but this is my favorite. Alpha Series paper has a very light texture - smooth enough for pencil or ink drawings and enough texture for watercolors. I also like the 7x10 size and prefer wire binding so I can fold the front cover onto the back of the album and have a nice firm surface to draw on while holding the book. this. when I'm sketching outdoors and don't have a table or something to put the sketchbook on. I also have the same 9x12 sketchbook if I want to work on a larger format. but 7 x 10 is my daily sketchbook.
