Giant folding magnifier which is over 6" long when open and the cover/handle is approximately 36mm or 1.38" thick. When closed, it measures 3.66 inches by 2.37 inches by 1.38 inches. In my opinion too big to fit comfortably in your pocket. The free opening is about 46 mm. Definitely NOT a 10x magnification compared to the Belomo 10x Hastings Triplet Loupe, but not as much over the top performance as many Chinese made loupes claim. , Much narrower magnification than the Carson LumiLoupe 5X Illuminated Loupe. Both loupes are dual air gap loupes that handle magnification well and have lenses large enough for a wide field of view and decent magnification with minimal distortion. Gemstone grading that requires a true 10x loupe by industry standards.
