The most useful feature is that it allows you to quickly see what tickets are being worked in your team at any given time so I can easily prioritize my own work without having to ask others individually or wait until next week when we all get together again! It's easy enough if anyone else wants help with their ticket too which makes everyone more efficient as there isn't always one person who does everything themselves - sometimes people need support from eachother but this helps them not be overwhelmed by tasks they don’t want/need to do anymore because someone has taken over responsibility of something specific. If anything then maybe have some different color options like reds only etc? But otherwise no issues really. Just make sure its used as intended because once implemented properly everyone will love using it!! I like that it's cloud-based so you're not tied to your computer. It allows me to keep my current workloads organized in one place and then move them around as needed with ease without having to copy/paste or email things back & forth between different platforms. There are some features missing such as being able to create custom fields but otherwise we've been happy using this solution.
