I have an old house with two wires. difficult to trace the circuits in the house. My electrician recommended these because you can connect GFCIs to 2-wire circuits. The code requires you to put a small marker on any outlet that is protected by the GFCI but not grounded. You can easily install them yourself. Try updating the old wiring.
