Works well, correct setting is important.
Sizing worked well for me - fits well. Part of the bandage at the top and bottom - when the top of the fastener sticks out over the other it's very annoying as the little prongs rub against the skin. Once the brace is secured around the leg, the additional upper and lower straps should be snug, but not too tight. By trial and error, loosen the straps enough that there is no pain, but tight enough to keep the knee joint stable.
