It was a used dress! I bought it for a funeral. I took it out of the box the day before the funeral. I received it the same day. And I figured all I had to do was make sure it fit her and maybe pet it. To my surprise, it was dirty, with deodorant stains in the armpits and thick folds at the waist, like someone had worn it for many hours. There were also a few stains on the chest and shoulders of the dress. I tried to clean it as soon as possible. I don't mind buying used clothes, but I would definitely appreciate it if someone would tell me the clothes are second hand so I could at least take them to the dry cleaner. I will not buy from them anymore as they scammed me. Of all the things to worry about when you've lost someone close to you, this isn't the case.
