This holder fits my Michigan license plate and holds it securely

I attached this holder to my bike hitch and it securely holds my license plate as I cruise across the state. The plate fitted well and was clearly visible. During a test ride before a big ride, I found that at highway speeds, the wind causes the holder to fly horizontally, so I took a hole punch and punched a hole in each floor. Corner (inside the reinforced edges) I used to attach the zip ties to the guide wheel frame. That was perfect. Heavy rain fell at both ends, and the license plate stayed dry—not that the numbers weren't wet, but for clarification.
