I ordered this product to help me wear underwear whilst recovering from foot surgery. Dual straps on a bag are useful in that they distribute the weight more evenly than when carried on one shoulder and this makes a huge difference when carrying loads up and down stairs. That being said, I wish these straps were a bit longer, or at least adjustable. It took me a few tries before I could put it on properly as a full bag left less room for my hands and I needed a free hand for my cane. Apart from that I love it. It's bigger than I expected and I love the handle on top of the shoulder straps. The patch outer pocket makes it easy to take detergent, coins (if necessary) and drying towels with you. I even left it on the floor of my car in front of the heater for a few hours while driving to visit a family member and there was no problem with the bag. Overall I love this bag and would definitely recommend it, especially if you are in a similar situation to mine and regular laundry bags/baskets just don't do the trick.
