I just wanted to say that I am very picky about my leggings and shorts. I am very sensitive to belts and things that are too tight around the waist but let me tell you they are PERFECT. They have a seamless waistband that fits snugly around the waist and isn't too tight, but still stays in place and doesn't fall down. They're also mostly knee-high, very stretchy, and comfortable. For the price you can't beat it. I will definitely buy more! For the record, I'm 5ft 6" and about 115lbs and the XS-S fit perfectly!
