I bought this remote for less than $10 and think that's probably the upper end of its value. It arrived DOA so I had to buy a new battery for it. After putting a new battery in it immediately synced to my XM Onyx radio in the car. It works well enough for changing channels and scrolling through stations. In addition to the battery issue, I still dislike this product because it has to be relatively close (within 1-2 feet) for it to work. As a result, it's typically only used when we're driving and I have a passenger in the car who can use the remote, but for this purpose it's nice to have one.
