Bought for my new Onyx Plus. Some reviews said it didn't work, others said it worked, for the price I took the risk. Works and works well! No problem. I thought for the price it might be a flimsy cheap product but no it's not! The touch is durable and the buttons are made of solid silicone material. I've been using it for over a month and if you want a full featured remote then this is a great choice.

Received a new SiriusXM Onyx Plus car unit for Christmas, no remote control (HOME unit only). This remote control worked perfectly with the device. Be sure to press the a/b button for direct channel search on the device first, then input the channel number, after that everything is ok. It's so nice to be able to change channels, use the menus, turn the device off and on and set up preset stations. Delivered quickly and on time. I recommend and will buy from them again. A++

I bought this remote for less than $10 and think that's probably the upper end of its value. It arrived DOA so I had to buy a new battery for it. After putting a new battery in it immediately synced to my XM Onyx radio in the car. It works well enough for changing channels and scrolling through stations. I ordered this for the Onyx in my home boombox dock which turned out to be not the same as other docks. Turns out it wasn't the right remote for this setup. All functions worked great except there were no volume controls (although this particular remote appears to have volume controls for various settings). At first it took me a while to figure out how it works - I had to manually turn on the radio, press the bottom right button and then it worked. I especially liked that all my saved shortcuts

EDIT: Stopped working again the next day. I had to take the battery out of the remote and put it back in to get it working again. I assume this will be a recurring problem. I downgraded my rating to 3 stars, this is definitely not a viable "universal remote" solution. Keyboard shortcuts do not affect my radio in any way.
