High quality microphone but with some problems

I bought this mic to play LAN games with friends and record progress. The microphone itself is very good for the price. I like the quality and construction of this item. Looks cheap in the pictures but is made of quality material. The design is also very practical as the legs can be easily folded and stored or carried. Feet protect the body in this configuration. To better formulate my opinion on this product, I am writing a list of good and bad pros: - Sound quality and sensitivity. Audio picks up very well from the front and also picks up background voices quite well without having to speak. - Construction quality and finishes. This product appears to be very durable. The legs hold their position well and are not too difficult to adjust. The mute button is very handy and can be overlooked on many other microphones in this price range. The LED works well as an indicator of whether the microphone is on or off. This design has one disadvantage, which I will mention in the "Cons" section. The storage case looks good and does the job, but it's a bit too small to comfortably house a microphone and 1.5m USB cable. Cons: The back has to be in the lowered position to connect the microphone. It's unlikely many people will have trouble with this, but if you're using a threaded tripod mount I can see it's annoying. - 3.5mm headphone placement The jack might seem like a bad idea if you need to plug in a device during use as it's located just above the USB input on the back of the device. The mute button makes quite a bit of noise when pressed during use. Interference between digital input and analog monitor. Therefore, there is little noise when using headphones. It could be a problem with the levels but I haven't figured out how to stop it yet. - And personally, what annoys me the most is the volume control on the monitor. The handle has a significant turning resistance. So you almost always need 2 hands to adjust it. I don't think it's noticeable enough either. As a person with very short nails, I find it difficult to adjust the grip. It picks up so much noise from the excitement that you can't really adjust it while recording. Despite the reservations about this product, I still recommend it. While I think the price could have been better, I think this product outperforms its competitors.

Pros
  • Cardioid polar pattern picks up sound in front of the microphone, minimizing ambient noise from entering the recording.
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks
