Before writing this review I used the screen protector that came with assembly and shipping, of course to save the screen from scratch . While the screen protector did a good job of protecting the screen from dust and fingerprints, there was noticeable glare; Perhaps the protection provided was intended for temporary use. This screen protector from LMZX (or TopFit-based packaging) does the job well; It comes with everything you need to easily apply the screen protector (except the alignment kit). Attaching the protective film is very easy. Keep in mind that if you want the unit to be dust-free, you'll need to close the windows and turn off the air conditioning. Also, since the use of air conditioners is prohibited, I recommend installing the screen protector early in the morning (around 7-9am) when it's still cold so you don't face sweat distracting you from the installation. Using nitrile gloves can also help keep the protective film as clean as possible. If you still have a temporary screen protector, there's no need to clean the screen with a damp cloth or use a dust absorber if you're lucky there aren't any dust particles flying around. I would still suggest using a dust collector to make sure dust doesn't settle on the screen. Once aligned, the screen protector should easily stick to the screen without using a card or squeegee. If bubbles form, you can still peel off the protective film and clean it, or peel off the protective film and smooth small areas. Once installed, the screen protector does a great job of reducing glare. However, with a matte finish there is a drop in brightness and sharpness, but not to the point where the screen is difficult to see, so a slight drop shouldn't make much of a difference and you get used to it. Time. Touch input still works; no phantom touches or screen glitches. Regarding smudge and fingerprint reduction; Clean and dry fingers are the key to avoiding fingerprints, at least for me. It seems that my skin care products (particularly sunscreen) are the cause of fingerprints; Frequent hand washing solves this problem. This screen protector is generally great if you need a model 3 or Y screen protector.
