I bought them because they were supposed to be better than the old collars. They are lighter, smaller and create a longer impact when the dog "attacks" the fence. I have an angry dog. I keep her behind a 6 foot mesh fence and use the fence to keep her indoors. First, her collar was wrong. I had to go back to the old bulky collars. See fig. After 2 months the 1st collar stopped shocking. Just squeaked. So I put another bulky collar on her. See fig. About a month later the second one broke while doing the same thing. She, too, returned to the bulky collar. See fig. Yes, both have new batteries. I would say they are not very durable. If you fix the durability issue and extend the life of the collar, I'll likely change my rating. Worked fantastically while they really worked. He has potential. I'm actually disappointed as this is PetSafe. Your stuff has been GREAT so far😑
