The product was well packaged in a very sturdy small box. It comes with a template that doesn't exactly match the existing letters but is close enough to glue them in place. The picture shows the pattern doesn't match the letter S, but the rest of the letters are fine. The letters are attached to waxed card that can be peeled off and stuck onto the truck. Based on other reviews that they are prone to corrosion I will put some wax on them when installing to try to seal the finish to prevent corrosion. All in all, this is a great deal compared to paying $90 from the dealer for a new letter set. Four of my factory letters ended up turning up at my local car wash. The truck is six years old and is failing the environment under the South Florida sun. I would recommend this purchase to anyone in need of a replacement. Thank you!
